The Speaker stated that, without objection, the following, which was                                                            
held from the March 22 calendar (page 1968), would be returned to                                                               
the House Special Committee on Military & Veterans' Affairs:

    "An Act relating to the Joint Armed Services Committee; relating                                                            
    to judge advocates; relating to military facility zones; and                                                                
    providing for an effective date."
